Certain Glass panes and iron bars aren't sticking to each other

What do I mean by this? Well I'm referring to how certain blocks in the beta version like glass panes or iron bars aren't joining other solid blocks or even with each other. Example: It currently looks like my house doesn't have any windows on it because all of the glass pane blocks aren't attached to each other. They're still there, but you can slide through the windows which is something you shouldn't do. Another example includes a water tower I made. Some of the iron bars are connecting but others aren't. It shouldn't be like this.
