Copper Powered Rails

Powered rails are VERY expensive in the early game and in the late game their useless because of the Elytra and Golden Apples, so they just aren't used. Copper Powered Rails could be the alternative to this, being cheaper however, they oxidize and become slower the more weathered the rail is.
