New enchantment: "Retrieving"

This enchantment makes items stay in your inventory upon death rather than dropping them (exact opposite of Curse of Vanishing). It can be applied on all items that can be enchanted in addition to compasses, lodestone compasses, recovery compasses, bundles, shulker boxes and ender chests. To avoid confusions, the texture of an unenchanted lodestone compass will be changed; the enchantment glint will be removed and the needle will be colored green to distinguish from a regular compass. This enchantment will be a treasure enchantment, it can be obtained in the form of an enchanted book in the following ways:

- A new loot chest in the center of an Ocean Monument containing 0-2 enchanted books of Retrieving, 1 full durability trident, some fish, prismarine shards and prismarine crystals.

- Ocean Ruins loot chest will have a 0.5% chance for an enchanted book to be Retrieving.

- 1-2 books of Retrieving will always be present in the ice box chest of an Ancient City.

- Librarian villagers will sell an enchanted book of Retrieving at any level for 35-64 emeralds and 1 book. With Villager Trade Rebalance experimental setting, only master level Taiga Librarians will sell these.
