Bring the debug stickπŸͺ„ and the glowing effect🌟to bedrock

One of my favorite command items to play with is the debug stick. It helps so much with building especially for stairs. The only downside being that it is a Java exclusive. SAME FOR THE GLOWING EFFECT AND THE ABILITY TO CHOOSE YOUR PAINTINGS!!!

    but yes please to the debug stick+seperate paintings but can you add things about showing the painting's names in the item form
