new armour slot: gloves

We’re already using the same armor, I don’t know for how long, but for a long time. That’s helmet, chestplate, pants, and boots. Let's fix that by adding gloves. You can make the gloves from 2 ores like this.

With the gloves, you can attack faster, mine faster, and the cooldowns of weapons and items are shorter. They also have a unique enchantment called ToolSwitch, which makes it so if you start mining without holding a tool, it automatically switches to the right tool. I also want to make it so you do more damage with the gloves when not using a weapon. Something like 2 to 0.5 hearts more damage per level.
