More use for Poisonous Potatoes

At the Moment the Poisonous Potato one of the most useless Items in the Game and only annoys farmers since it only does one thing it fills your chests.

Here is my idea:

We all can agree on the fact that the Poisonous Potato is a Potato and since you can use a Normal Potato in the composter with a chance of 65% why not also give the Poisonous potato a use in the composter with about 50%. 

No Composter?

No Problem just trade them with your Local farmer!

for example:

15 -20 = 1 Emerald 

That would mean for your world:

1. Your chest won't get filled with junk

2. More bone Meal 

3. More Trades for Villagers
