Add a setting that locks camera movement when using action buttons

On Minecraft bedrock edition, when your using a mobile device and try to play with 4 fingers or the claw playstyle, pressing the action buttons (attack/interact buttons) can activate the screen movement. This causes rapid movements of the screen that instantly flicks the camera upwards or downwards. And restricts the other touch screen from moving. This can really affect combat or PVP games. To fix this, I suggest adding a setting that completely disables the camera movement when using the action buttons, it makes it so that it only acts as a tapping or holding the buttons.
