Bring Back the Penguin from the 2023 Mob Vote

The penguin lost the 2023 mob vote with 25.2% of votes. Its original design (boat speed boost near shore biomes) felt too similar to dolphins and lacked uniqueness. However, penguins have great potential for cold biomes. I suggest bringing them back with expanded mechanics: Spawn in icy/stony shore biomes to enrich polar ecosystems Unique sliding animation on ice Group behaviors (huddling, following each other) Fish-based breeding and player interaction Drop occasional fish or feathers Frogs and copper golems returned after losing votes. Penguins deserve the same chance with better design. I wonder if you could consider them for a future cold/ocean update.
