New dimension

I feel minecraft should add a new dimension, can be called The Skies. You can enter by making the same portal structure as the aether portal, 10 Glowstone and a waterbucket to fill the portal. In the dimension there will be a blue ambient and there will be clouds made out of a block named Block of Cloud, which you can jump on but you will sink but very slowly, maybe like 30 total seconds until you fall. On the clouds, ther can be strucutures like palaces made out of Gold and rich blocks. You can exit the dimension by falling down, once you enter the dimension the portal will vanish like the end's.
