Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Add Temporary Enchantment Workbench block for temporary enchant gameplay

This is one suggestion from my series about temporary‑enchantment mechanics. I propose adding a new block called the Temporary Enchantment Workbench.
 
This block is designed specifically for applying temporary, limited‑use enchantments to items.
 
It works together with my other suggestions about three‑tier temporary enchant rules and spear throwing mechanics. You can check my other posts to learn the full design.
