• Reason: Minecraft has had 16 dyes for 15 years now, and although they have shown themselves as very useful and satisfactory for a long time, as Minecraft and, by extension, it's building community evolves, these dyes have shown themselves rather limiting even with all the variety they already provide. Adding-in these new dyes would expand possibilities for the building community and enhance creative freedom.
• Proposition: Minecraft should have 32 dyes, 31 of them serving as part of a "color wheel" that goes from black to back at it, and one "fun" dye. In the attached image you can see my personal idea/mock-up of what the new dye wheel would look like (background colors made to contrast the item sprites/colors).
• Example: The following colors in order (names could be different, again, it's just a mock-up): Black, Bark, Brown, Leather, Red, Pumpkin, Orange, Golden, Yellow, Lemon, Lime, Olive, Green, Teal, Sea, Cyan, Aqua Marine, Light Blue, *Blue (*new color named blue, old "Blue" would be renamed to "Dark Blue"), Dark Blue, Indigo, Purple, Purpur, Magenta, Pink, Peach, White, *Silver (* "Light Gray" would be renamed to "Silver", and a new color would be named "Light Gray" instead), Light Gray, Gray, Dark Gray and *Rainbow (*a reference to rainbow wool, sheep and beds found in Minecraft Earth, all of which would be accessible in vanilla Minecraft using this new "Fun" dye).
