Add hold‑aim throw mechanics for spear

Hello Mojang team,
This is an independent gameplay suggestion matched with my temporary‑enchantment series of proposals.
I want to add a new‑style throwing operation for spears.
Players can hold the right‑click button to aim freely, with‑out needing to charge.
Release the right‑mouse button, and the spear will be thrown right away.

Spears support standard vanilla loyalty enchantment.
They can also gain the temporary‑type loyalty enchantment from my crushed‑lapis‑lazuli temporary‑enchant system.
