Quickly enchant items

Hello Mojang team,
This is the second part of my temporary‑enchant system.
You can check my first post to know about the temporary‑enchantment workbench.
Players can put lapis lazuli and an unenchanted pickaxe in anvil.
The pickaxe consumes durability, and one lapis lazuli will turn into 9 crushed‑lapis‑lazuli.
