Quickly enchant items

Hello Mojang team,
This is the first part of my complete temporary‑enchantment gameplay system.
I suggest adding a unique temporary‑enchantment workbench.
Its crafting recipe: three lapis lazuli on the bottom row, a regular workbench in the middle, and one book on the top‑middle slot.
This block works with crushed‑lapis‑lazuli.
