Box characteristics and synchronization with the JAVA version

Because the chests in the Java version have blocks on top, which can be used to open the chests in the Bedrock version, but placing blocks on top won't work. For some buildings, you have to place the chests under the blocks, but after radiation treatment, they can't be opened, which means the building is incomplete. So please add this feature
