Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Magma Slabs and Stairs

Magma block slabs and stairs would be incredible additions for building, industrial bases, traps, and adventure maps in Minecraft. In addition to unlocking new aesthetic possibilities with their incandescent texture, they would bring new damage and lighting mechanics to the game.Examples of Use and Practical Ideas: Industrial Decoration and Bases: The magma block has a unique texture that pairs perfectly with furnaces, the Nether, and factory-themed builds. Having slab and stair variants would allow for more refined architectural details and glowing ember-style roofs. Traps and Redstone: Since magma blocks deal fire/heat damage when stepped on (unless players use Frost Walker boots or Fire Resistance), slabs and stairs could be used for more subtle, disguised traps. Custom Lighting: Because they emit light naturally, magma slabs could be embedded into floors or walls to create decorative lower-level lighting. How Crafting Would Work: Magma Slab: Placing 3 magma blocks in a horizontal row on a Crafting Table yields 6 slabs, or cutting 1 magma block in a Stonecutter. Magma Stair: The traditional stair recipe on a crafting table or directly in the stonecutter.
