new end mob

a mob that resembles an illager. It spaens in the end, especially around end cities. It is hoatile and steals your dropped items when it kills you. It spawns in a hole containing a new special block that may 1. Remove curse enchantments or 2. Unbrew potions PS overhaul minecarts too
