(Feature Idea) Carpentry Saw!

Instead of the very mysterious and ever confusing recipes for making stairs, such as requiring that you take 6 whole planks to create a block that is 3/4ths of a plank, you just saw off a piece and you get one stair per planks block and the leftover material is converted into sticks. You can take one planks block and make 2 slabs, or 2 planks and make 1 door. It would be so much better.
