The End dimension is vast, but it lacks renewable flora and unique wood types. I propose The Void Gardener—a peaceful, floating mob summoned by players that gently terraforms the End in a 10-block aura around itself, bringing new vegetation and wood types to life without risking lag or dimension-breaking mechanics.
Summoning Ritual: Players can construct a specific structure (e.g., using End Stone Bricks, Purpur, and a Dragon's Breath/Chorus Fruit core) to bring it to life. This gives players full control over when and where terraforming happens.
10-Block Terraforming Aura: As it floats peacefully above the ground, any End Stone within 10 blocks slowly transforms into Void Moss/Turf, sprouting new End-exclusive flora and a brand-new type of wood.
Dimension-Locked (End Only): The mob cannot fit or pass through the End Portal. This completely protects the Overworld and the Nether from unwanted environmental changes.
Why this fits Mojang’s Design Philosophy
No Item-Drop Lag (Performance-Friendly): Instead of breaking blocks and creating thousands of floating entity drops, the mob simply changes existing block states directly (like Frost Walker enchantment or Copper oxidation). This keeps server tick rates perfectly stable.
Adheres to Game Design Rules: It is entirely peaceful and non-destructive. It creates life rather than destroying player builds (grief-free).
Also, players won't need to generate thousands of new chunks looking for new woods or plants
