Description:The Caves & Cliffs update made Minecraft majestic, but exploring vertical cliffs and deep ravines is still frustrating. We need a native mechanic to master verticality. This proposal introduces the Mountaineering Kit.⚒️ Vertical Mining & ZiplinesSeeing a diamond vein on a ravine wall is a test of patience. With the Mountaineering Kit, players can place a hook at the top and rappel down.Hands-Free: Once secured to the rope, the player stabilizes on the wall, leaving hands free to use the pickaxe.Ziplining: Using a handheld pulley item, players can slide down ropes stretched diagonally to cross massive ravine gaps quickly.Hazards: Skeletons, Phantoms, or Breeze blasts can knock you off balance. Fire or lava can burn your rope.🏡 Treehouses & Suspended VillagesThis completely changes base building and architecture.Rope Bridges: Connect ropes between trees or cliffs to create realistic suspension bridges.Treehouse Networks: Build jungle bases where the primary traversal method is ziplining from one platform to another using the pulley.Cargo Lifts: Ropes connected to pulleys can pull chests or mobs to the top of mountains.🧗 Core ItemsClimbing Hook: Shoots onto high blocks to create a climbing line.Hand Pulley: Held in the off-hand to slide down any stretched rope.

    Suggested Crafting Recipes & Mechanics:To keep the vanilla feel, these items use core resources:Climbing Hook: 2 Iron Ingots + 1 String. Shoots vertically to create a climbing/rappel line on walls.Hand Pulley: 1 Iron Nugget + 1 Stick. Held in the off-hand to grip and slide down any stretched rope.Zipline/Rope: 3 Strings placed vertically in the crafting table. Creates a roll of rope that can be stretched between two hooks or anchors.How it works:The Hand Pulley automatically grabs the rope when you jump towards it, letting gravity slide you down. Pressing the sneak key (Shift) acts as a handbrake, allowing you to stop completely anywhere on the rope to safely mine the walls with your pickaxe or build suspension structures.

    Zipline Speed Mechanics:The sliding speed with the Hand Pulley would be similar to the Elytra's base gliding speed. This makes traversal across ravines and between treehouses incredibly fast and thrilling, giving players a high-speed mobility option early in the game without requiring gunpowder or rockets.
