Add Tutorial on Java.

Minecraft Java should have either the tutorial worlds that Minecraft Console Edition had or the built-in encyclopedia that Bedrock Edition has. Some mechanics in the game are simply impossible to figure out without looking them up on external sources, so having an official and more convenient way of learning about them would be much better.
