Currently, the massive gap between Java and Bedrock regarding large-scale excavation comes down to TNT Duplication. While Java relies on a known glitch (using Coral Fans and Quasi-connectivity) to create infinite TNT for World Eaters, Bedrock lacks a lag-free, resource-efficient equivalent.
To solve this parity issue once and for all without relying on bugs, I propose introducing a new liquid mechanic: Acid Fluid.
How It Works:
Dissolving Blocks: When poured, the Acid Fluid steadily dissolves nearby breakable blocks, converting them directly into dropped items—just like a tool or explosion would.
Despawn Delay Window: Dissolved items remain on the ground for a short time (e.g., 3 to 5 seconds), giving Redstone mechanics (like Hopper systems or Flying Machines) a window to collect them before the acid burns them away.
Redstone Integration: Acid can be dispensed and retracted using Dispensers, allowing players to build fully automated, repeating excavation cycles.
Why This Benefits the Game:
Fixes Parity: Gives both Bedrock and Java players an identical, official feature for large-scale mining without needing TNT duplication glitches.
Drastically Reduces Server Lag: Hundreds of entity explosions from TNT cause massive FPS/TPS drops. Acid fluid calculations are smooth and lightweight for server performance.
Balanced Gameplay: It promotes clever engineering with timing and collection systems rather than abusing game bugs.
