Minecraft bedrock(or java too) chat feature

A chat feature for my or our friends, lets us chat our friends on our Minecraft bedrock main menu or ingame(this is a good feature because if you just keep sending them invites to your world without a reason they will get annoyed), and i think it can get better if its synchronized to xbox chats, and it gets more better if theres a group chat feature and if we create a party(Minecraft bedrock party feature) we can sent a party invite to each group chat or friends, I know we already have xbox to chat with but how about mobile players that doesnt have xbox application?
