Properly mixing "third-party packs" and "Marketplace" packs in MCBedrock

When you have your third-party and Marketplace packs installed at the same time, they don't get mixed up and are ordered according to when you installed them. 

Instead, they are separated from each other, with third-party packs at the top and Marketplace packs at the bottom (all following the order from "Old to New").

The idea is simple: to allow all packs (regardless of their origin) to be organized and function in the same way, preventing organizational errors when importing or downloading a world.

I hope this will be taken into consideration, given the great interest in Addons but not their accessibility and solid foundations.
