Custom Banner Drawing

Add a new workstation that allows players to draw custom designs on banners using dyes. Players could paint individual pixels on a grid, erase them, and save the finished design on the banner. This would allow players to create custom flags, logos, signs, and artwork. (It's difficult but cool. I'd like an easel.But instead of a canvas there will be a banner)
