​Use Fletching Table for Tipped(java)/Spectral Arrows in BE

You know about fletching tables had no used since last 7 years but now I make a suggestion about the used of fletching table in both versions first who whould wanted a easy acsess to tipped arrows without going to the end to get dragons breath and brew it to get lingering potions and craft it to turn into tipped arrows but now there are new ways to make used of fletching table first you can put a material such as ropes glowstone dust and potions and an arrow for it you can get tipped arrows easily and also why we don't get some fun for a bit let's us do the both version whould had this rope arrows to get it you can get it from abandoned camps for ropes and you can get Ropes for 8 lead and 1 leather and you can get spectral arrows for bedrock edition also you can do this same materials and same structure just like java edition where you can get glowing effect and get spectral arrows easily by putting a grid of a fletching table and put a glowstone dust and a arrow and of course lets add the glowing effect to the bells as well so if you playing hide and seek whenever the time is out you can use the bell to reveal the players that is my example and of course thank you mojang if you add this on the upcoming snapshot/bedrock preview and beta and if this gets votes and I appreciate to add this thank you that's it
