Combat update - make hoes function like a syth

Just had a sudden idea. Given how axes have received special combat changes, what about making an underused gardening tool into something special too? When attacking a mob with a hoe, it could apply knockback to the side rather away from the player. It will have an interesting functionality. Probably an idea worth expanding. Have fun!
