End Ores and Wood

Maybe Im biased but I feel like the end should get the same treatment as the nether, people go to the end to beat the game, and get elytra, thats all, all I want is a bit of variety, I know Im basically asking for a nether update but am I not at least a bit based on this.

    radium is a cool Idea, though its not too realistic, Uranium would be too meme based so I think radium would work, it could have the effect radiation poisoning on any mobs or opposing players have a poison that gradually gets worse over time, it would upgrade diamonds.
