Buff Instant Damage or add Instant Damage III for Arrows, or Breach of Bows

Nowadays Bows are just weak as hell on Full Netherite, even on Diamond it is like a 4 shot kill, with Instant Damage III Full Netherite Prot 4 is two shot kill, not too overpowered since most endgame items are already one or two shot kill like Crystals, Anchors, Beds, Maces, Spears, Tnt, etc.
