Add Hardcore Commands and Commands (Size/Tick Freeze) to Minecraft Bedrock

Please add the option to enable cheats/commands on Hardcore mode for Minecraft Bedrock Edition on mobile devices, just like Java Edition has via LAN. Also, we want advanced Java commands added to Bedrock, such as changing player size (scaling) and tick freeze. Mobile players need the same freedom and features as PC players!
