Coloured Light

Instead of every light source emitting the same orange colour, there should be light sources that emit a different colour (For instance: Red lanterns should emit a red colour light).

It would be useful for city builders and would be a cool to add as it makes the vibe better

The light block from commands should also have a way of customizing light emission using hex colour picker. The texture of the block should also change into the colour that has been selected to tell users what block is emiting what colour light.
