Frozen Caves

A new cave biome that would only generate under really cold surface biomes (Ice Spikes, Snowy Plains, Frozen Ocean, etc) This biome would contain a new type of stone with a very cold blue palette. And ice spikes on the ground and others hanging on the ceiling (Like Dripstone)
