Add maps for the rest of the structures

Maps added in 26.3 are awesome and help locate the various structures in the game, but some are still missing and should have their own maps:

- Pillager Outpost

- Igloo

- Stronghold (Could be a nice idea for easier end access)

- Trail Ruins

- Ruined Portal

- Shipwreck

- Warm Ocean Ruins

- Monster Spawner (Dungeon)

- Amethyst Geode

- Overworld Fossil (Pesonally i've never encountered one)

And, it would be interesting to see maps added for structures in other dimensions:

- End cities

- Bastion Remmnant

- Nether Fortress

- Nether Fossils

I think the idea mojang had for this update is great and finding maps across structures in the world, would incentivize exploration and if dimension maps where added, it would make more people enter them, since a lot of casual players aren't going to know about a lot of the game's features, mojang should add more clear hints towards thoose. The maps serve as a great example for this.

  For some of these it might be a bit powerful, but it sounds like a great idea especially for trail ruins! I miss some connection with the archeology stuff, and trail ruins are always so difficult to find!

  Maybe not stronghold or geodes, but the rest sound awesome!
