Enderman Heads

It would be really cool if Endermen dropped their heads after dying from a Charged Creeper explosion. When used in noteblocks, it can create a new sound effect, but the best part is: You can use the Enderman Head as a redstone signal! Looking at its eyes will make the Enderman Head growl just like when you look at an Enderman in the eye, and activates any redstone connected to it until you look away. This redstone power can be activated by any Player in the specific world. I hope this idea is considered!
