Splash Potion of Milk

I’m not the first person to say this but I have to. I’m surprised it’s not already in the game. With so many potions that give effects, it only makes sense to have a “potion” that removes effects. I know milk buckets exist, but bottles of water exist and have no use except for making potions. The idea is that you need to brew with a milk bucket to make bottles/splash bottles of milk. Maybe it will leave the bucket empty after brewing. The milk bottle would be used to remove effects, and the splash bottle would do the same but be more useful for inventory management.
