Make April Fools Snapshot Available in Full Release as "Experimental"

I love the April Fools snapshots because they go deep in turning Minecraft into a whole different gameplay loop in unexpected ways. The Poisonous Potato update and Craft Mine for example, have their own progression system complete with unique advancements. Problem is these snapshots stuck in their respective versions and is impossible to play them in the most recent Minecraft version.

What if I want to ride Happy Ghast in the potato dimension? What if I want Copper Golem to sort the inventory with all the added joke items? Please Mojang, turn them into datapack or experimental or something like that! Just make them accessible in all versions!
