Add the "Floatater" block to create structures as modes of transport.

Ships, airplanes, balloons, and massive trains with railcars—this would allow players to be creative and bring movement to a Minecraft world that is otherwise quite static, animating game blocks in a way that *Chaos Cubed* couldn't quite achieve. Since the block's movement is slow, it retains a speed limitation that encourages players to seek out other forms of travel—like riding Ghasts or using Elytra—yet it would still be a fantastic addition for the builder community and even for Survival mode. Just imagine massive fleets of ships with multiple players crossing the Minecraft ocean; it would be a beautiful sight. Even with the block's current limitations, it would be amazing; the block already exists—having been created for the Poisonous Potato Update—so it simply needs to be added to the game.

Since the Floatater isn't overpowered, it could easily be crafted using Redstone, a Slow Falling potion, Breeze Rods, and Iron.

  This is a breath of fresh air and I'm excited to see this in action.
  I have crafting recipe notes;

  This block feels like it could fit within the 'cobblestone machine' theme easily, so I think it would use cobblestone along the sides of the grid. I like that it needs redstone and a breeze-related item. I also like the implication of what needing iron creates for a player to choose between wonderful flying blocks, or some fraction of a bucket.

  What bothers me is the need for a whole, phantom related, potion to make only one. Even if the crafting recipe makes multiple blocks, the recipe still seems tedious. I like the implication for players to stop sleeping when high up in their flying bases but, making phantom membrane and nether-wart a requirement to craft any is unreasonable. Maybe if phantom membrane where needed instead, it can be used to catch wind from the breeze-related item in a sense.

  TLDR;
  It reminds me of the piston. I think it should be crafted with phantom membrane instead of a potion.
