Use Echo Shards to silence certain block sounds.

Right now echo shards don't have any use beyond making recovery compasses, which are useless to players who choose to play with keep inventory. One idea that I think could make this item worth searching for is the ability to use it to silence the sounds of certain blocks, like pistons or droppers. Right now there is no way to get rid of the default sounds that certain blocks make, which could be annoying in certain circumstances. With the echo shards relation to skulk and sound mechanics, it would make sense that its function would relate to sound in some way. It would probably work similarly to how honeycomb is used to wax copper blocks preventing oxidation.  Since echo shards are pretty hard to obtain, it might be more balanced for survival if an echo shard could be broken down in a crafting table into 9 Echo Dust, which would instead be the item that's consumed to silence block sounds.
