Heavily reshape the concept of stairs/slabs with 1/8-blocks

With new drop, the count of stair variations of blocks in Minecraft will increase to 100+ and can keep exceeding the number. But as every single stair can have 12 different positions (normal and two corners, multiplied by NESW sides), the total count of blocks technically will exceed 1200.

Thus, here lies the suggestion to establish the 1/8 block system (here and from now on - the Blick) to replace stair and slab system. The Blick system will make it easier for builder players to create their constructions and for developers to implement stair/slab decisions into the game.

The Blick is a piece of block which can be placed anywhere in the 2x2 common block place in the world. The Blick can be created in a separate functional block (Fletching Table is the candidate for community respect). The Blick is obrtained by crafting it from full block placed into a separate functional block. The Blick constructions can be broken by the tool fitting for the block of origin. The Blick constructions return Blicks as drop and not as "constructions" they lookalike (meaning no vertical slab as separate block).

According to voluntarily-made calculations, the count of combinations the Blick can be set in the place of full block is 2^8 - 1, or 255 (as the combination with 0 Blicks is just an air, however it can be used for debug purposes). Using the same logic as for Sulfur Cubes (with archetypes or so) can make the work easier for present and future Minecraft development.
