Mob Spawner Crafting Idea

I honestly think this could be a super fun vanilla mechanic that could be balanced and add a couple of other interesting mechanics.

First you have to find an existing mob spawner. By using silk touch on it instead you get an "essence" of whichever mob it was. You also have to get 8 mob heads of that mob, combine those heads 3x3 with the mob spawner essence in the middle to get a mob "relic" or "effigy".

Then ultimately by combining (2x nether stars, 4 netherite scrap, Mob relic, 2 iron bars) = mob spawner.

That would be cool.
