Idea on how to improve tipped arrows

I think that tipped arrows are great but it kinda hard swapping them during a fight , so my idea is to bring back one of the deleted minecraft item and upgrade it: The quiver. So what it will do is that you can put the quiver in a fletching table then you can set the Arrow order inside the quiver using 1 of a type of arrow , you can't put 2 time the same type of arrow , the arrow order is set by the order the arrows type were put in the Quiver , once the quiver is in your inventory by default the Bow will shoot the first type of arrow, then you can quickly switch to another type by clicking on the quiver and once you are to the last arrow type put in it go back to the first type of arrow , i also have ideas for enchantements for the quiver: the first one is an enchantement that make it so once you shoot en arrow it revert back to the first type of arrow in the quiver , the second enchantement idea is that it make the quiver go to the next arrow type once you shoot with the bow and the third enchantement idea is that it make it so the arrow type that is shoot is random, fineally a quiver arrow order could be reset either using the fletching table or the Grindstone
