Improved campsites (+Pillager outposts)

Hello!

I think the missing piece the abandoned campsite currently needs to feel complete is to have it have an exclusive edge as a structure, mening that the player should be able to get something exclusively from the campsite to encourage exploration among both new and veteran players (this ought to apply to every structure in the game, but still). My proposal is to, going in line with the  exploration maps that can be found in the structure already, have a small chance of a map appearing that lead you to a secret, exclusive-to-abandoned-campsites structure, maybe a "greater campsite" with an exclusive item like an improved compass or another improved survival item, or maybe it could be a ghost town exploration map, carrying over a rework of ghost towns to make them have something worth looking for in them, maybe an exclusive crop that is more efficient at curing zombie villagers when brewed, for example.

Also, now that wool stairs & slabs are in the game, I reckon that the tents in pillager outposts are due for a revamp, changing the wool blocks for stairs.
