Fletching Table & Arrow Update

With the addition of Abandoned Camps and the chance of finding fletching tables in those camps in Minecraft, we should be able to use the fletching table to make new arrows made of different materials and with different effects, like being able to make spectral arrows with a gold ingot and glow ink sack for the glowing effect.

    And perhaps also adding the end rod to the Spectral Arrow crafting recipe
