New Dripping Enchantment

I think Thunderstorms are a little too rare. 
To fix this, I have came up with some new enchantments for the trident, Dripping l, Dripping ll, and Dripping lll.

Dripping l: When you throw your trident, you have a 30% chance to summon a  rainstorm.

Dripping ll: When you throw your trident, you have a 50% chance to summon a rainstorm, and a 10% chance to summon a thunderstorm.

Dripping lll: When you throw your trident, you have a 70% chance to summon a rainstorm, and a 30% chance to summon a thunderstorm.
