I would like to suggest adding a compatibility warning for Bedrock worlds that use addons.
Right now, when Minecraft updates automatically, many addons stop working until their developers release an update. If a player opens their world before the addon is updated, it can lead to missing entities, broken data, or even permanent loss of addon progress.
Instead of loading the world normally, Minecraft could detect that one or more addons are incompatible with the current version and display a warning such as:
«"This world contains addons that may not be compatible with this version of Minecraft. Opening it could result in data loss. We recommend waiting for the addon to be updated or creating a backup before continuing."»
This would not prevent players from opening their worlds, but it would help protect them from accidentally losing hundreds of hours of progress.
Many Bedrock players enjoy large, long-term addons, and a simple warning like this could prevent a lot of frustration.
