Hello, Minecraft. I would like to request a small update, involving the jukebox. It is a really cool feature, but I feel like giving it more would make it even better for the game and the players. Starting off, changing the crafting recipe from a diamond to an amethyst shard would be better. Amethyst relates more to music because of the βchimingβ sound it makes. This would make the recipe more fitting while still making it accessible. Next, people who are trying to build a base or structure with a nice music disc in the background, but having to switch discs every few minutes makes it a bit annoying for them. This brings me to my next point: Inserting multiple discs into a jukebox makes them play one by one, and a little rotate button on the front of the jukebox makes one song (or a queue of discs) play on repeat. This makes it much more satisfying for players who want to listen to music discs without having to go and change the disc from time to time. Finally, there should be a variant of the jukebox β the amplified jukebox. This is crafted by replacing the top center crafting slot from wood to a copper horn (which is crafted by using a few pieces of copper), or making a copper horn equippable on the jukebox. This type of jukebox could be heard from a further distance, so if players ever need to go out of their base a certain amount of blocks, the music can still be heard. Thanks for reading my idea, and I hope this gets implemented into the game in some way!
