Buildable Floating Platform

Add a craftable floating platform that floats on water and can be built on. Players can place any blocks on top to create their own ship, fishing boat, pirate ship, or even a mobile base. By placing a steering wheel on the platform, it becomes controllable and can sail across oceans. This would allow players to build and customize their own ships while avoiding the technical challenges of making any block structure movable. I think this would fit perfectly with Minecraft's focus on creativity, exploration, and building.
