Sync Minecraft: PlayStation 4 Edition Add-Ons with Minecraft: Bedrock Editi

The "LittleBigPlanet™ Mash-Up Pack", "Skin Pack 1 (PS)" ("Skin Pack 1" in PlayStation Store), "Skin Pack 2 (PS)" ("Skin Pack 2" in PlayStation Store) and "Skin Pack 3 (PS)" ("Skin Pack 3" in PlayStation Store) are exclusives to PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 consoles and aren't available on non-PlayStation consoles. Now I am 99% sure that this is licensing issues, like Tokens and the Mario Mash Up Pack, but I believe the Legal team at Mojang can work something out with Sony and make it at least available on other platforms if you bought them on the PlayStation store, or in the Marketplace on a PlayStation console.
