Craft fence-gates out of fences

Currently, fence gates are crafted from the same materials as fences, but cannot be crafted from them. This creates inventory bloat and clutter when trying to create sticks, planks, fences and fence gates. Adding a crafting recipe to allow fence gates to be crafted from fences (even if less efficient with resources) would make it so much easier to maintain a clean inventory and get the fence gates you need for your fences.
