Make bamboo rafts faster but with worse durability

Minecraft currently has many boat variants; however they are all functionally the same. Bamboo rafts are the most visually distinctive and could be functionally different by being faster than regular boats. This could be balanced by having them be more breakable: against lilypads, blocks etc., they break like the old boats.

This would add greater utility to bamboo rafts, allow players to travel faster, distinguish boat variants, and enable boat mechanisms/mini-game etc., which older players still have builds that used this more breakable boat behaviour.
